Decoration is not included in the above price and is calculated when we receive your artwork. embroidery@stclothing.co.uk. Payment for embroidery or printing will be made separatly once you are happy with the proof we send you.

Please check the position, colour and spellings on your embroidery or Printing proof and email back your confirmation. Once email is received back with confirmation we will proceed with personalising your garment(s). Any mistakes found after confirmation can sometimes be rectified but will be at your cost. Embroidery or Printing will only be started once approval received, typical turnaround is 5-7 working days from proof approval. If providing your own garments, you confirm that you understand that embroidery is a mechanical process and things can go wrong. Although this is extremely rare, we do not accept liability for damage of any clothing that is not provided by ST Clothing Ltd.

We will print/embroider the artwork you supply us. When uploaded or emailing us any artwork you give S T Clothing Ltd, full consent to print the artwork or designs. You confirm that the artwork is yours to use, and/or free from copyright infringement. You accept full responsibility in the event of any copyright infringement, and will fully indemnify S T clothing Ltd. When emailing us or uploading artwork and upon payment you accept this artwork disclaimer in full. Printing/embroidery techniques will be the best colour match possible. Please note computer screen colours will differ from final print colours. We will not be held responsible for colour variation. You must state Pantone colour references with your quote requests or via email, if they apply. Failure to do so will mean we will use our expertise to best match on colours. If the artworks files you provide are not print ready and, therefore, do not match our artwork guidelines we will try to recreate the artworks free of charge, or if significant work is required there may be an additional small charge. Artwork files that are not as per our artwork guidelines may still be printed, but the quality of the print may be lower than we would like, and S T Clothing Ltd will not be responsible, and your order will not qualify for a reprint or refund.

You accept full responsibility and confirm you have either provided print ready files, discussed this with us prior to payment, or are happy to pay a small charge, and also confirm that we will not be held responsible for sub-quality print finishes that are caused as a result of sub-quality and non-print ready artwork files.
